The community is for add-in usage, installation issues, Office automation solutions, and the script marketplace. Well-structured topics are easier to reproduce, resolve, and turn into documentation or built-in solutions.
Recommended format
Make the title clear about the affected item and behavior. Include Office, Windows, and add-in versions, reproduction steps, expected results, and attempted fixes. Choose the Installation and updates category for installation issues.
Do not post publicly
Do not post tokens, keys, real business files, unredacted screenshots, sensitive personal data, infringing material, malicious scripts, or irrelevant advertising.
Moderation rules
Administrators may hide rule-breaking replies, close duplicate or stalled topics, and pin important notices. Repeated posting and replying may be temporarily rate-limited.
Identity and entitlements
Posts and replies are linked to a server-side user ID. Future phone, WeChat, QQ, plan, and purchase information will belong to that same account.
