Why is account-and-password sign-in the only option right now?
SMS, WeChat, and QQ sign-in require service-provider and platform configuration, so unavailable options are currently hidden. The account system already has a unified user ID and identity-binding records, so future sign-in methods will not change your account.
Why are phone, WeChat, and QQ details requested?
These details are reserved for future identity binding and plan-entitlement checks. When third-party sign-in is available, the relevant identity will remain linked to the same user ID.
Why can the download entry say it is unavailable?
The download button depends on the update manifest and installer URL on the server. When the manifest is not published, the home page shows the current status so users do not download the wrong file.
Where should I post an issue?
Choose the matching category for installation, account, automation, or script-marketplace issues. Include the Office version, add-in version, reproduction steps, and expected result whenever possible.
