Installation guide
The installer is for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on Windows. Close running Office applications and back up important files before installing.
Basic steps
1. Download the latest installer. 2. Close Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 3. Run the installer and follow the prompts. 4. Reopen Office and find Office AI in the ribbon.
Update guidance
If an older version is installed, update by running the latest installer. If the toolbar does not appear, restart Office first; if it is still missing, restart Windows and check the add-in status.
